This website is a personal project created by me, James, to warn other people about my own traumatic experience with Shrewsbury Hair Loss Clinic Limited, Joseph Primarolo, My Hair Transplant Manchester, Dr Khawaja Masood Munir, and the wider Hair Loss Treatment Clinics franchise network (www.hairlosstreatmentclinics.co.uk).

In October–December 2025, Joseph Primarolo of Shrewsbury Hair Loss Clinic Limited referred and sent me to My Hair Transplant Manchester, misrepresenting the entire service as one integrated operation under his management.

The signed contract showed a single total price of £3,800 (£2,300 non-refundable deposit + £1,500 balance). The procedure was cancelled twice due to newly diagnosed high blood pressure, followed by unsafe medication administration leading to a severe adverse reaction (confusion, hallucinations, traumatic anxiety – confirmed by my GP).

No refund has been offered despite their own terms.
